The consultancy firm should undertake the following core activities:
A) Develop a website for Jubaland State Assembly that meets the Inter-Parliamentary Union-provided “Guidelines for Parliamentary Websites”.
B) Recommend and secure an appropriate hosting provider for the completed website. Assist in the purchase of a time-sensitive certificate from a trusted certificate authority such as VeriSign or similar vendors to help decrypt website data https data protocol in conjunction with SSL.
C) Propose and install applications to allow for Live Streaming, email domain and polling.
D) Propose and implement a training program to enhance the professional knowledge of identified staff of the secretariats of the state assembly to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the websites.
